Why MCT Coconut Oil?
Coconut oil has long been the classic choice for oil pulling. MCT coconut oil is a lighter, refined fraction of it, naturally concentrated in caprylic and capric acids. It stays liquid at room temperature, so there’s no scooping solid oil out of a jar on a cold Irish morning. It feels smooth rather than heavy in the mouth, which makes a daily swish much more pleasant.
Oil Pulling + Nano Hydroxyapatite
Davids adds nano hydroxyapatite, the mineral that makes up most of your tooth enamel, to support enamel health while you swish. It’s the same mineral at the heart of their Hydroxi™ toothpastes. Use the two together for a complete, fluoride-free oral care routine.
How to Use
- Shake well before each use.
- In the morning, ideally before eating, take one tablespoon (around 10 ml) into your mouth.
- Swish gently for at least 2 minutes, building up to 5–10 minutes over time.
- Spit into a bin rather than the sink, as oil can clog drains. Do not swallow.
- Rinse with warm water, then brush with your favourite Davids toothpaste.
