1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Luia website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or make a purchase.

Luia is operated by Golden Sky Retail Ltd, registered in Ireland. Our trading address is 26 Upper Pembroke Street, Suite 10113, Dublin 2, D02 X361, Ireland.

2. Product & Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or other issues. All prices shown include VAT where applicable. For select regions, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and covered under DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. If payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 24–48 working hours (Monday to Friday). Delivery times vary by region. Shipping charges and estimated timelines are outlined on our Shipping Policy page.

4a. Pre-Orders

Some items on our site are available for pre-order. This means they are not currently in stock but are expected to arrive soon.

• Payment is taken at the time of pre-order to reserve your item.
• Most pre-orders ship within 1–2 weeks, but may take up to 3 weeks depending on availability and supplier lead times.
• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
• Pre-orders may be cancelled or modified prior to dispatch by emailing hello@luia.eu. Once shipped, our usual returns policy applies.

Pre-orders help us support small-batch production, reduce waste, and offer limited-edition or restock-only items to our community.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any original packaging intact.

• Opened, used, or damaged items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
• Items returned in unsellable condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, or declined altogether.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please include your name and order number inside the parcel. We recommend using tracked delivery. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Allergies, Sensitive Skin & Medical Information

We provide full ingredient lists for all applicable products. However, individual reactions to ingredients can vary. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions should consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any of our products.

We cannot guarantee products are free from cross-contamination. Luia is not responsible for allergic or adverse reactions and assumes no liability for medical outcomes related to product use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luia will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. In the case of a faulty product, our liability is limited to a refund or replacement.
