A note on shipping for 2026
As LUIA continues to grow, we’re refining our logistics to ensure reliable, tracked delivery across Ireland, the UK and Europe. From January 2026, we are working with trusted delivery partners including An Post, UPS, and FedEx.
Our shipping rates are flat, transparent, and reflect the true cost of secure, tracked delivery. Rather than offering permanent free shipping, this year our focus will be on adding value through our rewards programme, which offers generous loyalty points on every order placed and seasonal gifts and offers.
Ireland
An Post Express Tracked Delivery, Standard parcels: €6.95
HigherDOSE PEMF Mats & Sauna Blankets will be shipped with UPS/FedEx: €15.00
Orders are typically delivered next working day once dispatched. Tracking details will be provided by email.
United Kingdom
Tracked Delivery via UPS or FedEx
- Standard parcels: €12.95
- HigherDOSE PEMF Mats & Sauna Blankets: €35.00
Delivery times typically range from 2–5 working days after dispatch. PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped to the UK are sent from Ireland (EU). UK customs authorities may apply VAT, duties, or handling fees on arrival. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
European Union
Tracked Delivery via UPS / FedEx / An Post

Countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden
Delivery times vary by country and typically range from 2–6 working days after dispatch. PLEASE NOTE: For remote/high cost areas parcels will be dispatched by An Post service. For central areas your parcel will be dispatched with UPS/FedEx. We will always choose the fastest and most convenient service that we can for you.
Switzerland, Norway, Monaco + Iceland
Tracked Delivery via UPS or FedEx: €35.00
Please Note: Orders to Switzerland, Monaco, Iceland and Norway are shipped from the EU and may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, and handling fees upon import. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are payable by the recipient.
Important Information
- Shipping rates are flat per order and calculated by region and product type.
- Heavy or oversized items (such as HigherDOSE products) incur higher shipping fees due to weight, size, and handling requirements.
- Orders are dispatched from Ireland.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, promotions, or due to customs processing. Items that have been pre-ordered usually take 10-15 working days for delivery. Sometimes longer.

Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days from order placement, for in-stock items. Please note that any items on pre-order, or HigherDOSE items can take 10-15 working days for dispatch.
During busy periods, this may extend slightly, but we always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Tracking Your Order
All parcels are shipped with tracking numbers - either An Post, UPS or FedEx.
You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are in stock. If you would like the available items shipped sooner, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please see product pages for further information on pre-order items. Delivery is usually 10-15 working days but occasionally can take longer, especially if you are based in a remote region from Ireland.
Customs & Import Fees
For customers outside the EU (including the UK, Norway and Switzerland), local customs may apply VAT, duties or handling fees on arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Delays
Unfortunately, delays can occasionally occur within postal and courier networks, especially during peak times. We kindly ask that customers allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us. We will always follow up with the courier on your behalf and ensure your parcel reaches you safely.
