Returns

We hope you love your LUIA purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Standard Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened where applicable
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags, seals, packaging, accessories, and documentation intact

Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned unless faulty or sent in error.

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity considerations, we are unable to accept returns on opened beauty, skincare, supplement, personal care, or wellness products unless faulty.


HigherDOSE Devices

HigherDOSE devices may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened where sealed
  • In fully resaleable condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, inserts, accessories, manuals, and protective materials intact

For hygiene, safety, and refurbishment reasons, we are unable to accept returns on HigherDOSE devices that have been opened, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging unless the item is faulty.

Devices returned with damaged, incomplete, heavily marked, or taped packaging may receive a reduced refund or be declined.

We strongly recommend retaining the original outer shipping box and packaging in the event a return is required.


How to Return an Item

Please include your name and order number inside the parcel.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using tracked and insured delivery, particularly for higher-value items.

Items must be packaged carefully and securely for transit. Damage caused during return shipping due to insufficient packaging may affect refund eligibility.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Approved returns are typically processed within 3–10 business days. Higher-value wellness devices may require additional inspection time and can take up to 10–14 working days to process.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Items returned in unsellable condition — including items that are opened, used, damaged, missing packaging, or incomplete — may:

  • Receive a reduced refund
  • Incur refurbishment/restocking deductions
  • Or be declined and returned to the customer

Exchanges & Store Credit

Where appropriate, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items.

International Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Returns must be shipped from the original delivery country.

Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are non-refundable.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@luia.eu with your order number and photographs where possible.

We will always work quickly to resolve any genuine issue fairly.


A Note on Sustainability & Conscious Consumption

At LUIA, we believe in thoughtful, intentional purchasing and reducing unnecessary waste wherever possible.

Many beauty, wellness, and personal-care products cannot be safely resold once opened or used. We encourage customers to review product details carefully and contact our team before purchasing if guidance is needed — we are always happy to help.
