Create an account to start earning. You’ll get 100 points just for signing up.
2. Earn Points
Be sure to sign into your store account when shopping, and you will earn:
+1 point for every €1 spent
+50 points for following us on Instagram
+300 points (€15 reward) when you refer a friend
+50 points when you leave a verified review
PLUS Birthday points, early access & exclusive offers
3. Redeem Rewards
Points can be exchanged for money off future purchases — or saved for bigger rewards.
100 points = €5 off

Frequently Asked Questions
There’s no limit! As long as you’re earning points through eligible actions and purchases, you can continue to redeem them for vouchers throughout the year. The more you shop and engage, the more you earn.
Points are usually added to your account immediately after a qualifying action is completed. For example, points for purchases are added after your order has been processed. Points from reviews, referrals or social follows may take up to 48 hours.
Once you've reached a reward tier (e.g., 500 points = €5 voucher), click "Redeem" in the rewards panel. You’ll receive a unique discount code to use at checkout. Only one reward voucher can be used per order.
Yes — points expire 12 months after they are earned. We’ll email you before they expire (make sure you’re subscribed to our emails so you don’t miss it).
They can be used along with Free Shipping Thresholds, but in most cases only one discount code can be used per order.
Yes, you’ll earn points when you purchase a LUIA gift card. However, points are not earned when someone redeems a gift card (since the value was already rewarded at time of purchase).
Referral points of 300 are added to your account once your friend makes their first qualifying purchase and their order is fully processed (not refunded or cancelled). You’ll receive an email when your points have been added.
Yes — you can use points during sale events unless otherwise stated. However, your voucher code cannot be combined with other codes or offers at checkout.
Points are non-transferable and tied to the email address used for your account. If you have multiple accounts and want to merge them, please contact curator@luia.eu.
