**Christmas Deliveries**
We want to make sure your gifts arrive in time. Please note the important dates below for pre-Christmas delivery.
LUIA Holiday Dispatch Schedule
- Last dispatch before Christmas: Friday, 19th December
- Normal Shipping resumes: Monday, 29 December
- Please note: Orders placed after 19 December will ship on 29 December.
Christmas Delivery Cut Off Dates
To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend these dates as the latest possible dates by which to place your order:
- Ireland: Order by 18th December
- UK: Order by 16th December
- EU: Order by 15th December (varies by country)
Christmas is the busiest time of year across all postal and courier networks. Delivery times may be longer than usual, especially for Europe, and delays are possible.
HigherDOSE Items
HigherDOSE products are large and heavy (8–20kg) and require premium courier delivery. Because of this:
- Recommended Christmas order deadline: 1 December
- Orders up to 5 December may still arrive in time depending on destination (e.g. Ireland, UK, France)
- After 5 December, pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed for EU/UK orders. We will of course do our best to get every order delivered as soon as possible.
General Advice
- Please order early to avoid seasonal delays.
- Customs checks (UK, Switzerland, Norway) may add additional time.
- Tracking will be provided for all orders once dispatched.

Orders under €80: €5.95 (Tracked via DPD or An Post)
Orders €80 and over: Free
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
All Irish orders are fully tracked. Standard delivery is via DPD, with An Post used for certain regions or parcel sizes.
United Kingdom
Orders under €120: €9 (Tracked via An Post)
Orders €120 and over: Free (Tracked via An Post)
Estimated delivery: 3–8 working days
UPS / DPD Courier Delivery: €17
HigherDOSE Heavy Items with DPD/UPS: €35
Please note that duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged on arrival. These are determined by UK customs.
Central Europe
(France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg)
Orders under €250: €12 (Tracked via An Post)
Orders €250 and over: Free via An Post
Estimated delivery: 3–9 working days
UPS Courier €19 (1-4 working days)
Heavy Items like the HigherDOSE Sauna Blankets or PEMF Mats will incur a delivery charge of €50 per unit.

Norway & Switzerland
Orders under €300: €18 (Tracked via An Post)
Orders €300 and over: Free (An Post)
Estimated An Post Delivery: 4–10 working days
UPS Courier: €35 (2-5 working days)
Heavy Items like the HigherDOSE Sauna Blankets or PEMF Mats will incur a delivery charge of €50 per unit.

Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days for in-stock items. Please note that any items on pre-order, or HigherDOSE items usually take 10-15 working days for delivery.
During busy periods, this may extend slightly, but we always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Tracking Your Order
All parcels are shipped with full tracking.
You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are in stock. If you would like the available items shipped sooner, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please see product pages for further information on pre-order items. Delivery is usually 10-15 working days.
Customs & Import Fees
For customers outside the EU (including the UK, Norway and Switzerland), local customs may apply VAT, duties or handling fees on arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Delays
Unfortunately, delays can occasionally occur within postal and courier networks, especially during peak times. We kindly ask that customers allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us. We will always follow up with the courier on your behalf and ensure your parcel reaches you safely.
