Shipping Update + Christmas Delivery Info at LUIA

As we move into the festive season, we’re delighted to share updated shipping information to ensure your experience with LUIA is smooth, timely and stress-free. Whether you’re treating yourself or searching for thoughtful gifts, here’s everything you need to know.

We have now created a closer partnership with An Post to bring you the best value shipping across Europe. An Post deliver across the whole of the EU at great rates, and shipping is tracked too. We also have courier options available at checkout for those who prefer premium, speedy shipping. 

Also, as we enter the busiest shopping period of the year, lead-times can stretch and unexpected delays can happen, so placing early gives you the peace of mind every gift deserves. 

Christmas Gifting Tips & Timeline

• Place your orders as early as possible. The closer to Christmas you order, the higher the chance of delays through customs or shipping slow-downs.

• Make sure your shipping address is correct and includes any apartment/building info to avoid failed deliveries. Ideally you should be home to receive the shipment at the time of delivery.
  

• For imports into the UK/Switzerland/Norway etc please allow 1-2 extra business days for customs clearance.
  

• We will be dispatching orders up until Friday 19th of December. Our team will then take time to be with family and celebrate Christmas. Normal shipping will resume on Monday 29th of December. 
  

LUIA Final Christmas Shipping Dates

• Last dispatch before Christmas: Friday, 19th December. Order by 10am.
• Normal Shipping resumes: Monday, 29 December
• Please note: Orders placed after 19 December will ship on 29 December.
  

Christmas Delivery Cut Off Dates

To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend these dates as the latest possible dates by which to place your order:

• Ireland: Order by 18th December
  
• UK: Order by 16th December
  
• Central EU: Order by 15th December
• Other EU/Norway/Switzerland: Order by 8th December

Christmas is the busiest time of year across all postal and courier networks. Delivery times may be longer than usual, especially for Europe, and delays are possible.

HigherDOSE Items

HigherDOSE products are large and heavy (8–20kg) and require premium courier delivery. Because of this:

• Recommended Christmas order deadline: 1 December
  
• Orders up to 5 December may still arrive in time depending on destination (e.g. Ireland, UK, France)
  
• After 5 December, pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed for EU/UK orders. We will of course do our best to get every order delivered as soon as possible.
